Nichelini Family Winery
The Oldest Family-Owned Winery in Napa Valley
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the concentrated depth of flavor and smoothness that 37-year-old vines can produce. From this small, select vineyard, these premium grapes were hand-harvested and cellared in 100% new French oak.

Our vineyard has a unique varietal expression of Cabernet Sauvignon that makes a very elegant wine. 2017 was an exceptional growing season. The even weather allowed me to wait until the flavors arrived at just the right point for picking. Since the fruit manifests delicate aromas and flavors, I use fermentation techniques and barrel programs that help the flavors develop in a more deep and pronounced way. I continued developing this beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon fruit throughout its fermentation and complementing it with elegant French oak.
Exquisite deep ruby color, flavors of dark berry compote and warming baking spice; full-bodied, with medium tannins and a softly lingering finish.
